                            Unbiased, Ethical, Philosophical IQ Test

Informal IQ Test  The informal IQ test is available online.  Go to shop.  Usually IQ tests are given in a Formal Setting by Teachers at School, or professional Clinicians at Hospitals or at Psychological Testing Centers and Mental Hospitals. This is an informal setting.  It is for you to take the combined standardized  IQ test.  Some people never took any IQ test in their life.  The special combined Standard IQ test will have questions that are Un-Biased, Ethical and Philosophical Questions with Standard IQ test questions.  The Special IQ test have 4 parts. The Verbal Reasoning Questions will  be Philosophical Questions rather than just verbal comprehension, logical reasoning.  Fluid Reasoning, Visual Spatial Perception and Processing Speed will be testing your ability to recognize or mentally visualize logical patterns and tests your ability to discern perceptual spatial relations or it involves some Math.  The IQ test does not need prior knowledge.  But some general knowledge is part of the questions and answers.  It is Recommended for adults, especially for kids.  Kids are so smart!  Adults will not remember Math very well at all, but we will refresh your memory and give you examples (1st page is practice) how to take the test.  Most people  will score 100 or better on the IQ test, but some people will never will get the Ethical or Philosophical or Un-biased questions right!  I am so afraid.  Approximated Scores are within accurate range of IQ scores.  Go to Shop on this website $10 to purchase IQ test with Ethical, Unbiased and Philosophical questions. download.       Read it over and over again and Practice.  Train yourself very well. 

  Take your time and go over the exam over and over again.  Practice.  Take the Mental Status exam and Pass!   Take and Pass The Mental Status Exam ... Self Test ...Read this over and over again until you fully understand.  Practice many times then take the Exam and Pass!  This is the preparation for you to Pass  the Mental Status Exam.  Read very carefully and understand the Mental Status Exam questions and how to answer them correctly to your best ability and knowledge.  Mental Health terminologies and questions are explained -- Clinicians giving the Mental Status Exam make the observation on your Appearance, Speech and your Behavior.  Please make eye contact that is normal -- WITHOUT staring/not blinking at all/glaring, but at appropriate distance  without hostile facial expressions such as frowns.   Talk in a nice tone.  Your appearance should be neat -- that you have been attending to your good hygiene habits and health.  If you look disheveled or  look like didn't eat, bathe or sleep for weeks (this might call for hospitalization or this might be a symptom of depression), or drunk, or outbursts of anger or aggressiveness -- is more than reasonable to think there might be a problem.  Affect  is emotions, Full Affect is normal.  But Not Normal can be Constricted (limited, inhibited).   Flat (lack of normal emotions).   Labile affect is rapid abrupt emotion without external stimuli, without  apparent reason.   Mood -- Euthymic is  normal positive mood, without Hyperthymia   (unusual happy mood) or Dysthymia (depressed).   Euphoric (elated, extremely high with or without drug use).  Or Irritable.   More importantly, Doctors and clinicians will ask you routinely, even with every appointments -- if you want to harm yourself or others.  Answer honestly. Suicidality -- at risk for suicide, attempts,  ideation --thoughts, intent or plan or want to harm self -- you might be hospitalized.  You might also be hospitalized if you have Homocidality -- tendency to harm or have intent  or plan to harm others.  Hallucinations -- if you are hearing or seeing things are NOT really there.   Derealization --  feelings that your surroundings are Not Real, or you feel you are out of reality.   Depersonalization-- in your mind  your thoughts and feelings are Not Real/Unreal or these thoughts and feelings do Not belong to oneself, or in which one loses all sense of identity.  Delusions -- False beliefs or judgments about oneself or external reality.  If there are none-- NO delusional thoughts.   But Grandiose is imposing/pretense of excessive grandeur about oneself.  Paranoid -- suspicious or mistrustful of people or things.  Religious Delusions -- preoccupied, obsessed or grandiose with religious content, or pretense of being religious constantly. Cooperative Behavior  is very important.  Less than cooperative can be guarded, hyperactive, agitated, stereotyped or paranoid, aggressive, bizarre withdrawn or other.   You could ask questions and be cooperative if you communicate really well.  Definitely Do not be aggressive or be hostile or use abusive language!  This never is appropriate behavior!   Insight and Judgment  should be good -- cannot just make fair or poor judgments!   Alertness and Responsiveness shows your level of consciousness.  Awareness and Orientation is very important that you know the time and where you are and know the date and location.  Motor Movement -- Normal.  Not restless, tic, or slowed.   Gait -- they may ask you to walk few steps.   Dexterity -- task skills performed using  hands.  Speech  will indicate level of agitation, aggressiveness, anxiety, stress and much more.   It's very important to have your speech that is calm, relaxed -- speech that shows thought process that logically flows one thought after another.  Answer the question directly giving obvious answers.  Not Tangential -- go off on a tangent, unrelated or irrelevant  statements never answering the question.   Or Pressured (unusually talking fast, jumps from one idea to another),  Impoverished speech, unusually quiet, poor speech, it is so difficult for you to speak.  Thought Content might show your character and how intelligent you are, but thought content  supposed to be just as opposed to hallucinatory thoughts such as making remarks about seeing things Unreal, statements that are out of unclear thoughts or saying things which Does not make Sense.  Or you yourself do not  know what you said a second ago.  They may ask you 3 objects to remember for Memory.  It is Normal  to remember 3 things in few minutes!   Please pay attention!  Or otherwise they will check off for Memory  or Attention Impairment or Distracted! Take a big breath, take your time, prepare and train yourself  to take the Self-tested Mental Status Exam,  and pass.  For most of the questions you never did have any problems!  Take the Self Exam and Pass -- I will email back the Evaluation and Counseling and Support.  Remember, even Some people who  do not have any mental health problems will Not score 100%.  Mental Health Status Exam & Score/Evaluation $7.00 available now!  Look under Shop.                                Down Load Mental Status Exam & IQ test and the entire book "IQ test Mental Status Exam:  Take the Tests and Pass & Live Anti-Abusive Lives! $7     All other Books available on Amazon Pen Name Serene Song    ./' ./' ./' ./'

  Mental Health Prognosis is good ...

for most people.  It is better to get treatments than NO treatments at all. It's Important to Rehabilitate, Be Well and Move On!!!!   Get Well and  Be Happy!   Mental Illness is a serious Psychiatric Disorder that interferes with person's daily life and happiness.  Once diagnosed with a Psychiatric Disorder-- it is a LAW to take Medication.  It is against the LAW for Psychiatrist NOT to medicate a patient because the patient refuses Medication-- although some patients believed they have the right to refuse (but the patients do NOT have the right to refuse!)  but it is the LAW  the Psychiatric patients cannot go UNTREATED.  It is a STATE LAW Order patients, to take medication --Psychiatric patients have to take Medication!  If people go untreated, symptoms will get worse -- will not gain any mental health, coping strategies or wellness is better with Medication and Therapies!   Please don't be upset taking Medications!  Don't be resentful of Medication so much but resent the illness, the bad stuff you went through because of your symptoms!  It is not your fault that you have to take meds, but be assured that it  helps!  Be a good patient, communicate, talk about it with your Doctors and therapists and Work well with them.   Good News!  Because of people's payers Lawyers will be available for patients.  And More Good News It will be Against the Law to Medicate Patients wrongfully!  

                                      Mental & Physical Health

 

It is not the end of the world to be diagnosed with mental illness.  It all depends on you--how well you do.  And remember you would have to live your life well.  You have to keep your problems including mental illness to a minimum and do the  best you can achieving life time goals and happiness like everyone else.  Some people will tell you that you are mentally ill that you will never get better, that there is no cure and they do not expect you to do well or even be normal!  Not if you were diagnosed with mental illness.  These people are the Doctors and Clinicians who really do not sound like they are going to help you.  But they just didn't want people to have any false hope or any hope  at all!  There is a very long history of abuse, stigma, and the poorest care in Mental Hospitals!  Medication and Therapies can only help!   Patients who go untreated for many years without being treated results being too hard to treat!  Patients who live without treatments--would live with mental illness and will not get better!  Medication and Therapies will help you to be stable, be well and do well at home, school and at social settings.  Medication is for you to  think normally, stabilize mood, relieve anxiety, depression and other symptoms.  Doctors supposed to be healers-- 1st acknowledge your disorder, symptoms, problems and let the Doctors help you.  Although there isn't any cure for mental illness, prognoses are good for most people taking Medication & Therapy.  Good News! Most people go back to work after hospitalization and most people will get much better over time, even for people who are labeled as chronic sufferers.  Increase clear and positive thinking and doing positive things.  People have to do lots of positive things to get over negative experiences to have and achieve Mental Health.   The statistics are high for people who were abused psychologically, mentally, emotionally, physically and se*ually who are mentally ill or became mentally ill.

          Your Basic Needs has to be met -- 

1.  Physical Survival Needs-- Food, Water, Shelter, Sleep and Oxygen. 

2.  Safety Needs--To feel Safe at home and in the world, have security. 

3. Love and Belonging Needs--Family or Belonging; need to belong in a group, family, religion, town or class. 

4.  Self Esteem--Prestige, Knowing Self Worth, Sense of Accomplishment, Self Respect and Respect for others. 

5. Self Actualization--Spiritual Needs are met--spiritual growth, One's potential is achieved.

                                                 Physical Health

Diet & Exercise--  Everyone knows how important Diet and Exercise are for your health.  You have to plan your meals.  It's more economical!!  Please avoid fatty foods like Fatty Meats, Fast Food, Fried Food, Dairy Products such as Butter, Cheese, and Whole Milk and Processed Foods like Doughnuts, Pastries.  You MUST WATCH the Cholesterol intake.  If you cannot lower your Cholesterol level by Diet and Exercise, then please take Cholesterol Medication.  High Cholesterol level will lead to very high risk of having a heart attack and stroke.  Please enjoy Lowering  Cholesterol Diet which is lots of-- Whole Grain Cereal, oatmeal, oat bran, Fish, Salmon, Avocados, Walnuts. Fruits, Vegetables every day-- throughout the  whole year!  LIMIT SALT and ALCOHOL & SUGAR!  Too much Fatty Foods & Sugar can cause Obesity and Diabetes!!  Eating delicious foods produce endorphins!!  Which  Reduces Pain and Stress.   So does Laughter and Exercise, Music Therapy, Aroma Therapy, Pizza Therapy & Beer Therapy!  They have the same effect/affect as the greatest Doctors and Therapists who make you feel really great! Or make you feel better.                 

Exercise-- Walking is best exercise, and it's the exercise almost anyone can do.  Also, there are fun chair exercises you can do sitting at home!  Watch some Chair Exercise videos and learn how to exercise while watching T.V. Or just sitting and moving your hands, arms and legs, your head, twisting your waist--low impact exercises, etc.!  Especially when weather is bad outside!  A lot of you DID exercise when you were young!  Do exercise again or start Exercising!  It's never too late to eat right and exercise!  Exercise release endorphins too!  Maybe you will learn how to dance!  Watch some videos!

Please STOP SMOKING!  Stop smoking can add 15-35 years to your life!  Smoking can cause LUNG CANCER and other illness and diseases! Dental Care  Poor Dental Care will result in bad breath, food will taste terrible, can cause gum disease, other health problems and diseases, also causes tooth decay and cavities; can have your teeth extracted!  This is even excruciatingly painful!  Please brush your teeth everyday, after every meal, floss as well.   Please have Annual Physical Check Ups and Dental Appointments! Thank you! Stay Healthy!  Feel Well! 

Employment   Most people will go back to work after Hospitalization.  This is good news!  Everyone who are diagnosed with Psychiatric Disorder needs tremendous support from their family, friends, at work place and in the world.  Taking Medication and Therapy will help you to work, go to school, be well & be happy at home and in social settings!  It is very important Doctors provide treatments well for your illness, along with good support, progress towards wellness and recovery, being a coach and providing great guidance so that you will be successful in school and at work and life!   Many people use professional Jobsites such as Indeed.com, ZipRecruiter.com, neuvoo.com and many other jobsites when looking for a job.  There are recruiters, also many employment opportunities with big companies, drug store chains, or stores such as Amazon.com, Riteaid.com, Walmart.com or small individual  websites for local businesses.  It is a good idea to keep your Psychiatric Disorder CONFIDENTIAL If you feel strongly that you don't have any disability, there isn't anything that job requires that you can't do.  Why should you say that your are disabled?   You don't have to say you are disabled if you don't want to, not if you are able to work.  But, if you strongly feel that people can't discriminate against you because of your Disability, then please exercise your rights.  Employers are supposed to be Equal Rights employer.  However, it is a good idea to keep your Psychiatric Disorder confidential at work and with people you don't know very well.  People don't understand--they think they are treating you like a mentally ill person-- they don't know how to treat you like everyone else!  But if you found a work place being yourself and you are accepted (with mental illness) then you have found friends!!!!  You are so blessed! Did you know that average Americans spend $300 on UNNECESSARY items every month?  That's $300 SAVINGS every month! SAVINGS of $100 per month will be $1200 per year!  That's $12,000 in 10 years!  Did you know that average Americans have $8,000 in their bank account?   You will have that much too!  If you SAVE!!!  Penny Saved is Penny Earned! You are expected to do well!   The prognoses are good--Once you find out what is wrong, you are supposed to work with good Doctors and treatments, and with the Therapist's help and support, and Medication-- (very important!) you are expected get well!   People prayed a lot for Medications when we didn't have medication in the past, and we will continue to pray a lot for Medication that will be better for people getting well--close to cure, if not finding the cure, such Medications someday!   And this will happen because the patients took meds!  And suffered because only the work of a good man is complete work of God but otherwise it is the work of the Devil!     Good doctors were no where to be found!  With good treatments and support -- you will get well, able you to live and work, and be happy!   

    What is Expected of You As a Patient 

1.  Seek good Doctors and Treatments (Medication & Therapies). 

2.  Be Respectful and Respectable--Respect the Doctors and Therapists and Expect them to treat you like an intelligent adult with Respect. 

3.  Recognize and Identify the Problems--Fully admit and recognize your Mental Illness or your problems -- why you were diagnosed with Mental Illness.   

4.  Seek help to get better--Work with Doctors, you are able to think normally, minimize  symptoms and Mental Illness and increase productivity, normal thinking and activities, and gaining of Mental Health. 

5.  Recognize Your Wellness & Identify your Strength--Recognize your Wellness, your Strength as opposed to mental illness,  and problems.   

6.  Seek and get help, and support to eliminate or minimize anxiety, stress, depression, Mental Illness, etc.  So that you can lead a stable,  healthy and productive life.  If you have Doctors, Therapists, and family and friends who are caring and supportive--You are the luckiest one!    

But if you are NOT getting the help you want from the Doctors and Therapists --They are No help to you, and  you are NOT getting better-- Please seek and get other  Doctors and Therapists who are good for you --  Good help is so hard to find sometimes!   You are expected to fully recover  or rehabilitate or get well and do good!  You have to be involved in your treatment. Please be a big part of being Responsible Patient--You will take all the credit being well! 

Case Management 

You are expected to live in the Community caring about yourself and your family, and others.  Caring about yourselves and helping yourselves include--Your Mental Health, your  Physical Health, Healthy Lifestyle overall,  providing the care needed for your individual problems, setbacks, persistent challenges, recovery, and achieving your goals.  Great Positive Attitude is needed and it's very important -- praying and living a healthy good life day to day is most important!   I strongly feel it's free country and you can think whatever you want, people are not psychiatrists or mind readers!  But please be well and do well, and be happy!   Did you know the 12 step recovery program for alcoholics are just having the Lord in your life?  Praying instead of drinking? Praying to God & Jesus is empowerment!     Available soon is the Case Management service, but it  is NOT paid by medicare or medicaid or any other insurance.  There is $50 annual fee for Contact/Case Manager for Reference for your Employment and In Case of emergency.  You have to do everything for yourself including living  healthily and being happy.  But if you really, really need  Case Management  it will be available soon.

      Recreation Activity   

Activities and socialization is important.  Having great hobbies and pursuing interests of your own is important.  Please don't be depressed.  It is extremely difficult for depressed person to do daily activities, even eating food, showering, sleeping,  reading and working.   Even Fun activities are really difficult to enjoy. But little bit of fun leisure activities and positive things to do for rewarding experiences is really needed for gaining mental health.

  You have to do  lots positive things to get over the negative experiences.    It is important to have good days, and laugh and have enjoyable days for depressed person, a person diagnosed with mental illness to keep depression and anxiety away and stay well and be happy!

             

                                                 Doctor Doctor Jokes    

        How many Psychiatrists do you need to change a light bulb?  Just one.   It takes just One Psychiatrist to change a light bulb, but the light bulb has to really, really WANT to change! 

        

        There was a group of musicians gathered around to jam with a new Piano Player.  So then, one of them says to the new Piano Player, "It's all yours, play!"   The new Piano  Player nods very cheerfully and says to them, "You guys are in for a rare treat!!" and shows his teeth beaming with sparkling polish, and has ear to ear grin.  He sits down on the piano bench and starts pounding on the Piano with the side of his head!  The group of musicians look at him and each other, perplexed ??!!  asks him, "what are you doing????!!!"  The New Piano Player says " I play by Ear!"

       

      A New Patient walks in to meet his Psychiatrist at a Clinic, he says to the Doctor, "Nice to meet you.  Will  I  be able to play the guitar?"   The Doctor replies, "Why, Of Course!" The New Patient answers, "That's funny, I never could play the guitar before!"

     

     Psych patient, Still Not at All Depressed goes into the Doctor's office and says, "You know everything!  Doc, tell me what do you call a pig that does Karate?"  Doctor just looks at him, silent, starts typing at his computer.   The patient goes, "c'mon, c'mon you know the answer,   It's so obvious!  What do you call a pig who does Karate?"  Doctor just looks at him again and continues typing,  but asks him, "Go ahead and tell me, so what do you call a pig that does karate?"  The Patient answers, "A Pork Chop!"

     Psych Patient Who Needs Glasses goes to see the Eye Doctor.  The Patient says to the Doctor, " I can't see very well, I see spots!"  The eye Doctor says to the Patient after examining his eyes, "Not too much of a problem. After a few eye drops, You just need these prescription glasses."  Then the eye Doctor puts a new pair of glasses on him and asks, "Can you see now?"  The Patient replies, "Oh yes!  I see the spots so much clearer!"

       A Grown Man reading a Health Journal Magazine finds out that Tinnitus is a condition of having Ringing in your Ears.  Believe it or not, it could be very serious and even life threatening!  Because he might think his wife is calling!   The Grown Man becomes worried, nervous and panics because he's been having Ringing in his ear for year and half now!  So he prays that this can't be true, hurries and dials the Tinnitus Hot Line number printed in Health Journal Magazine,  He waits and waits,  but it kept Ringing! 

    

   The Same Psych Patient, Still Not at all Depressed goes to his Therapist's office and asks his Therapist, "You know everything, so tell me what do you call a cow with very, very skinny legs?"  The therapist smiles and just looks at him.  The Psych Patient, Still Not at all Depressed  urges her, looking for an answer, asks her again, "C'mon, c'mon you know the answer, you guys know everything.  What do you call a cow with very, very skinny legs?"  The Therapist, shrugs and asks, "I don't know, what?" The Psych Patient replies, "A very, very Lean Beef!
